At the southernmost tip of Baja California Sur, Mexico lies paradise on earth – Los Cabos. Home to some of the most luxurious hotels in Latin America, there is no room for compromise.

The hotel chain’s engineering department reached out to Mellifiq to find a solution for their odor nuisance in order to bridge the final gap in their 5-star offering. Together with the specialists in our Real Estate department, a solution was designed – treating the exhaust air from three different kitchens operating around the clock. The system was – as always – manufactured in Stockholm, Sweden, and commissioned by our global technicians.
