The successful Finnish hamburger restaurant chain began to upgrade from less effective solutions to our Ozonetech RENA Kitchen Solutions some years ago. Finland is cold during winter, which made the managing team focus extra on energy recovery, although the benefits with less fire risk, minimized odors, and close to zero maintenance were appreciated.
Since our Ozonetech RENA systems replaced other exhaust air treatment solutions, it was very welcome that no rebuilding was needed. The ozone is produced by the wall-mounted Ozonetech RENA systems and then led to the kitchen ducts through flexible Teflon tubes. All installed systems are remotely monitored.
