Introduction.

M/Y Eclipse is a Superyacht built by Blohm+Voss of Hamburg, Germany. Her exterior and interior were designed by Terence Disdale. At 162.5 meters long Eclipse was the world’s longest private yacht until the Azzam was launched in April 2013, which was 17.3 metres longer. The yacht’s cost has been estimated at €340 million.
The problem.
The team on Eclipse was not pleased with the existing ozone generator. They were using an air-fed ozone generator that was cooled with air. Frequent breakdowns and expensive replacement parts were a constant concern.
The solution.
The problems they were experiencing on Eclipse are history now. The existing ozone generator was replaced by an Ozonetech RENA high-performance ozone system.
