Successful commissioning at Adidas & Nike textile factory

Ozonetech recently installed a RENA Tellus X ozone solution at a South American textile factory for advanced treatment of high grade water effluent.

Our system is now effectively treating COD and BOD down to less than 20 ppm. The facility is required to comply with new more stringent regulations. Hence, a reliable, state-of-the-art solution was required.

Ozonetech provided the complete system design including reaction tank, foam control, fully automated control system as well as important safety features. Installations and commissioning was done by our engineers on site. The system was designed and sized based on our pilot project consulting services.
