Leading wood processing company chooses Ozonetech

In the Netherlands, one of the leading wood processing companies has had odor problems for an extended period of time. Their case is particularly challenging, as the odor reaches concentration peaks higher than 3,000 ppm.

For such a difficult case, ozone can be combined with UV light, forming an Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP). AOP removes the most stable odorous compounds, even at these high concentrations. To solve this problem, we designed a custom-made solution, combining our RENA Pro ozone system with our unique completely in-house developed UV reactor, based on the UV-C Air 515 system.
