Newly renovated Östermalms Saluhall will use our ozone solutions

When Stockholm’s most iconic food market, Östermalms Saluhall, reopens, the exhaust air from all five restaurant kitchens will be cleaned by our RENA Kitchen Solutions. The heat will be recovered, the fire safety will be increased and there will be no more disturbing odors.

The five restaurants share the space with seventeen merchants, most of whom have run their business in Östermalms Saluhall for decades. Many of the original details and colors from 1888 have been restored, and the upper floor will be more easily accessible via the new staircase.

The opening date has been postponed a couple of times and is now planned for March 2020.
