Ozone installation in large shopping center

Ozone Tech Systems has just delivered central high-performance ozone generators for kitchen flue duct cleaning to a large shopping center in west Sweden. The total scope is seven larger restaurants with a total kitchen exhaust flow of 45,000 m3/h.

Ozone is added to the flue ducts without any changes to the ventilation system through 8 mm tubing connections to the ducts. These central high-performance generators do not require any air-feed from the ventilation system which makes them optimal for large kitchen exhaust flows and/or exhausts with high fat load.
