Mellifiq delivers retrofit odor control solution for brewery

Known for its innovative business model, the Carlsberg group has invested heavily in their niche brewery Nya Carnegiebryggeriet in central Stockholm. The brewery has had a stable operation with several popular beer types such as IPA, lagers and ales since 2015.

Nya Carnegiebryggeriet is located in Hammarby Sjöstad, a densely populated area in the South edges of town. However, with a central location and a popular brewpub, odor emissions forced the facility to implement odor control through an ozone generator.

After realizing the limitations and frequent maintenance of the previous solution, the brewey chose Mellifiq to supply a new high-capacity system to replace the old unit. With nearby service and installation, a strong local presence and engineering expertise, our Ozonetech RENA Pro-series will enable Carlsberg to continue brewing high-quality beers for many years.
