Italian dairy factory once again turns to Mellifiq for clean-in-place solution

Centrale del Latte di Brescia, one of our most important customers on the Italian dairy market, has once again signed with Mellifiq, continuing to make the production process more sustainable and environmentally friendly.  

The dairy factory in the city of Brescia has ordered an Ozonetech RENA Vivo B4 ozone system to improve water treatment in its clean-in-place process. 

Mellifiq has previously commissioned a comprehensive air treatment solution for odor control at Centrale del Latte di Brescia. The delivery comprises an Ozonetech RENA Pro B-series ozone system, and two Nodora ADS activated carbon air filtration systems.  

Centrale del Latte di Brescia opened its milk processing facility in 1931 and has ever since had continuous production, even during the Second World War. Continuous improvement has always been a priority for the Centrale – it was the first dairy factory in Italy to incorporate UHT into the production process.
