Project description and Aim

Mellifiq delivers purification technology to a range of applications and customers. Our deliveries contribute to reducing the environmental impact from restaurants and commercial kitchens.

The aim of this master thesis is to contribute to the development of our air treatment processes as a part of our R&D team. Major activities include for example literature review, measurements, chemical analysis and experiments. The project is mainly performed in our headquarter in Hägersten, Stockholm, and can also include field studies in different parts of Sweden.

This project includes the following:

  • Literature review
  • Create a research plan according to the time schedule
  • Prepare the design of the studie
  • Experimental tests and test analysis
  • Thesis writing

You will work in close collaboration with Mellifiq’s business and R&D team.

Personal Profile

The project is suitable for students with the ability to work independently and creatively. We expect our applicants to have the following qualifications:

  • MSc in Chemical Engineering or similar process-oriented engineering fields
  • Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English
  • Have a strong academic record
  • Analytical

Scope

Expected scope: 20 weeks, 30 HP/credits

Expected start: 2023
