Welcome to our growing Finnish office!
As an administrator, you are responsible for handling daily routines in the office and make sure office operations run smoothly. The office consists of a project sales engineers’ team, to whom you will collaborate closely and be administrative support. This includes:
- Office administration
- Maintaining office supplies
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Customer contact
- Accounting
The position is placed in the Mellifiq Finnish office in Eteläranta 14, Helsinki. The position includes a lot of correspondence with the Swedish HQ and traveling will be part of the position.
Candidate profile.
We believe you are a doer and a problem solver. You are not afraid to take responsibility and ask questions. We are a digital organization and you need to have a technical interest and knowledge of how to work with digital tools. We believe in learning by doing and personal growth at work, there are good possibilities to develop both your own knowledge and your position in the company.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- At least two years of experience working in administration, office coordination or accounting
- Valid drivers license
- Previous experience working in CRM systems
- Fluent in Finnish and proficient in English
