Job description.
As a Receptionist you´re Mellifiq´s outwards face and you´ll act as a support in administrative tasks. You´re responsible for daily routines at the office, welcoming visitors, answer the phone, order catering and make sure that office hygiene and other procedures run smoothly. The work tasks vary and to succeed in this role we believe you have a good ability to act proactive and can make your own decisions.
The position is based in Hägersten, Stockholm.
Candidate profile.
We believe that you are a doer and a problem solver. You are not afraid to take responsibility and ask questions. We are a digital organization, and you need to have a technical interest and knowledge of working with digital tools. We believe in learning by doing and personal development at work. Qualifications
- Experience of administrative or coordinating tasks
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license
- Fluent in Swedish and proficient in English
