Mellifiq treat unwanted odor emitted from ventilation air at major Finnish Wastewater Treatment Plant

The Wastewater Treatment Plant located in the center of one of Finland’s largest cities, has long had air exhaust being let out to the surrounding city center. The plant now treats wastewater from the city’s population, which is now over 300 000 inhabitants, making it one of the largest Wastewater Treatment Plants in the country.

Mellifiq was chosen to deliver and install a RENA Pro system designed to tackle the odor issues being let out of the various ventilations. With the system being installed there was an immediate effect noticed, with a considerable amount of odor being eliminated directly.
