Promising results from custom pilot plant

Another custom turn-key system for removing organic compounds from wastewater has been successfully installed and commissioned by Mellifiq engineers.

The wastewater treatment solution was designed and manufactured by Mellifiq in Sweden, and shipped to one of Europe’s leading juice producers in Lithuania. The pilot plant consists of multiple filtration steps and AOP (advanced oxidation), and was commissioned on-site at the facility to achieve the highest contaminant removal possible.

Analysis of the results show positive effects and desired reduction levels from the facility’s wastewater stream prior to discharge.
