Effective pre-treatment of tough pollutants in used process water makes it possible to use your current water treatment system to treat the process water.

Water which previously have been sent for external destruction can can now be treated on-site before it is passed on to an ion exchange system or membrane filtration.

During the ozone treatment the water’s color changes to a clear water with percipitation. The water before treatment (left) contains very little amount of sludge/percipitation with high turbidity. In time the amount of percipitation/sludge increases which is a good indication of oxidation of dissolved substances.
