Our on-location oxygen generators require simple or no installation at all. Just connect the oxygen outlet to your oxygen distribution system or directly to the application, and the power cord to grounded electric outlet. Then, just turn on the unit and set the required oxygen flow rate.
We can supply any of our standard oxygen generators with a multitude of options and accessories to offer a turnkey solution for your oxygen requirements. We also have several pre-configured packaged systems, which are designed to match the most common applications. Typical standard package systems consist of a standard oxygen generator, matched with a dedicated air compressor.

The Centrox is an oxygen concentrator ideal for use in many applications. The Centrox’s ability to deliver up to 95.5% oxygen concentration at flows of up to 15 LPM (32 SCFH) make it a great fit for medical and commercial uses requiring up to 345 kPa (50 psig). These generators require no special installation. Simply connect the oxygen outlet to your application or oxygen distribution system and the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet. Turn the unit on and set your oxygen flow rate.

Reliant
The Reliant is an oxygen concentrator ideal for use in small clinics. The Reliant’s ability to deliver up to 95.5% oxygen concentration at flows of up to 8 LPM (17 SCFH) make it a great fit for many applications requiring up to 50 psig (345 kPa). An optional module enables the Reliant to supply 8 LPM of compressed, dried, and filtered medical air. Under normal operation, the Reliant is toggled between supplying either oxygen or compressed medical air. The presence of an internal oxygen storage tank and an optional auxiliary oxygen receiver, allows the Reliant to temporarily supply oxygen while simultaneously producing medical air. The duration for such dual mode operation is limited by the size of oxygen storage tanks and the oxygen use rate. This simultaneous dual-supply mode enables the Reliant to briefly provide medical air without an interruption to the flow of oxygen.

Designed specifically for applications with fixed flow and pressure characteristics, the reduced size oxygen receiver feature of our Mini Pack Generators offers a quick startup and a significantly smaller footprint than comparable systems that utilize a standard, separate receiver.

ATF 8–32
The Advanced Technology Fractionators® (ATF) oxygen modules incorporate proven pressure swing adsorption (PSA) principles into a unique patented design, which allows these systems to be compact, efficient, rugged, and lower in cost. The ATF module offers unparalleled design flexibility and enables applications where on-site/onboard oxygen generation was previously impractical.
A patented single rotary distribution valve built into the ATF module is continuously rotated at low speed by a small motor. The valve is maintenance-free, self-cleaning, insensitive to contamination, and invulnerable to wear. It sequentially directs the flow of compressed air to a group of four sieve beds (adsorption), while at the same time another four beds are purged into the atmosphere though the valve (desorption). The remaining four of the twelve beds are interconnected through the valve to equalize pressure as the sieve beds sequentially transition between adsorption and desorption. The small amplitude pressure swings generated by the ATF’s twelve sieve beds eliminate loud noise pulses, eliminate the need for a pressure regulator, and reduce compressor wear.

Quad series
Each member of the Quad Family utilizes patented Advanced Technology Fractionator® (ATF) modules connected together in a subsystem. When used with oil-less compressed air, Quads deliver high oxygen flows and concentration without high cost. Quads can be matched with dry, oilless appropriate compressed air sources. Quad oxygen concentrators offer the same design simplicity as the ATF and build upon it by connecting four modules together to produce four times as much oxygen. As with the ATF, the Quad is easy to install and requires virtually no maintenance. Simply plug in and connect the compressed air source. Quad includes an oxygen concentration monitor, pressure gauges, and a flow meter. To operate, turn the flow meter to the appropriate oxygen level and receive a smooth, steady supply of oxygen.
